Nevill Cradock seeks against Robert Busbridge recovery of certain lands in the above parishes. Robert Busbridge called upon Thomas Sackvill as warrantor. Thomas Sackvill called upon Robert Lee as warrantor. Nevill Cradock craved leave to imparl, which was granted. The case was given against Robert Lee by default and Nevill Cradock was entitled to recover.
