Francis, Duke of Bedford, sells to the Reverend Edmond Williamson of Old Warden, Bedfordshire, certain land in the above parishes for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that he may be in possession and able to take a release. Witnesses: John Berry, John Gotobed. One seal is attached.
