Charles Rampaine of Westminster sells to John Willson of Birling, Sussex, and Charles Farwell of Westminster certain land in Westminster for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent that they may be in possession and take a release. Witnesses: John Turner, William Godfry, John Gutch.
