Grace Shettleworth widow and Robert Shettleworth of Writtle bind themselves to Joseph Westwood of the same in a certain sum. The condition of the bond is that if Grace Shettleworth and Robert Shettleworth observe the agreements in an indenture of mortgage of the same date, then the bond is to be void. Witnesses: Thomas Freman, Henry Joceline.
