Extent and Medium 1 volume (74 pages); largely blank after folio 32, with additional stubs where pages were torn out; Sections of pages 27-29 & 49 have been cut out.
Content and context

Notebook kept by Sassoon mainy while at Marlborough, containing cricket scores and batting and bowling averages; autographed by Sassoon in 1901. At the back of the notebook are scrapbook insertions of various crests and mottos, cut from envelopes or letterheads and pasted in (including those of the Life Guards and of the Eagle Troop of the Royal Horse Artillery): /49v & 70-71v.

Note: The foliation is the archivist's. An enclosure is to be found in a separate envelope.
