Exemplification of a fine made 24 Jan., 2 James II [1687], between William Kirkby, Thomas Athropp gent., Peter Tomlinson gent., and Robert Richardson, plaintiffs, and Peter Dolman gent. and Margaret his wife, Thomas Browne and Isabella his wife, William Walker and Helen(a) his wife, deforceants, re a messuage and land in Skelton, Howden, Thorpe and [blank], [Yorkshire]. Endorsed with an undertaking to produce the original fine, in the hand of and signed by Athropp.

Apparently presented to the Library by E. Royalton Kisch of 6 Raymond Buildings, Gray's Inn, no date
