Further information

The verses on fos 2 and 10v were published in Winged thoughts (London, 1851), under the titles of 'Modern Sport' and 'Ancient Sport' respectively. Others were printed at various dates in the Norwich Mercury and other publications, as is indicated by notes at the foot of the verses.
