John Caley (1763-1834), antiquary; Keeper of Records in the Augmentation Office, 1787-1834; Keeper of Records in the Treasury, Westminster Abbey, 1818-34; and Secretary of the first Record Commission, 1801-31.

A collection of remarks upon the history of advowsons, tithes, manors and other, similar, historial subjects in various Cambridgeshire parishes compiled by John Caley when secretary of the Record Commission in answer to enquirers, with transcripts and extracts from documents.
