'A Brief Description of Armour as Worn by the Greeks, Romans, and Other Nations of Antiquity; but Principally as it Existed in Britain, from the Reign of William the Conqueror, to that of Charles the Second From the Works of Hope, Merrick and Grose', with 57 illustrative etchings.

Attached to fo. iii are a cutting from a sale catalogue, lot 1, and the bookplate, etched by hand, of W.A. Kinnebrook. Inside the front cover is the bookplate of Samuel Sandars. On fo. iiv: 'Saml. Sandars. London 1874'.

Bequeathed to the Library by Samuel Sandars, 1894.
