Content and context

Extracts from Buckinghamshire private Acts of Parliament respecting inclosures, with charities and principal proprietors of lands in the county. Inside the front cover: 'J. Lee, Doctors Commons, 1827', and Lee's bookplate.

The volumes were owned by John Fiott Lee of Hartwell (1783-1866), collector of antiquities and man of science. Bequeathed by Samuel Sandars, 1894.
