Collection of magical recipes and treatises, with diagrams, magic circles, and other illustrations.

A full list of the recipes is available. Pp. 166-8: index in main hand. Second hand, resembling that of Ff.4.12 and Ff.4.13, appears at pp. 79-81, 120-1. Pp. 154-65 are in a third hand, of rather earlier appearance.

Last leaf partly torn away; on recto of surviving portion (p. 170) is writing in another hand.
