Extract from cap. 2; arms of the Wenman family; Dedication to Penelope, Lady Dynham; Pierre Du Moulin, Oppositions de la Parole de Dieu avec la Doctrine de l'Eglise romaine (trans. Bezaleel Sargeant - English trans. published 1610. French edition appeared 1637); 'Medicina Anime' and other additional matter, comprising: 'The manner of comforting the sick', two prayers, and extract from St Cyprian and St Chrysostom, respectively, translated from the Italian edition of Imagines Mortis, Lyons, 1549.

Belonged to Samuel Knight DD, prebend of Ely and rector of Bluntisham, Hunts. After Knight's death in 1746, the MS. descended to John Percy Baumgartner of Milton, Cambs., who presented it to the Library in 1861.
